摘要: 喷雾热分解(Spray Pyrolysis,简称SP)技术是一种很有发展前途的材料制备方法,与传统的材料制备技术相比,它具有很多优越性;如生成物颗粒可控,成分均匀,纯度较高,工艺过程温度低等,已在材料科学的许多领域中得到应用.SP技术在物理和化学方面的灵活性,为合成先进的陶瓷粉体和薄膜提供了更多的机会.本文简要地综述了SP技术以及在陶瓷粉体合成以及薄膜制备等方面的应用.

Abstract: The spray pyrolysis technique is a wonderful method in material science. It possesses many advantages, such as low processing temperature, high homogeneity and purity of products, and so on. The key challenges of spray pyrolysis are control over the morphology and composition of product particles. It has been widely applied in the past few years. In this paper, the spray pyrolysis technique and the applications in production of ceramic powders, films, and fibers were briefly reviewed.
