沉积时间对LiCoO2晶须有序阵列电极的影响及其电化学性质

Influence of Dipping Time on LiCoO2 Whisker Arrays and Their Electrochemical Properties

摘要: 在溶胶溶液中通过PAA模板沉积不同时间制备出LiCoO2晶须有序阵列。电子显微镜结果显示,沉积较长时间,所得晶须长度较长,分布更均匀,并且结晶程度更好。XRD分析表明得到了层状的LiCoO2结构。电化学测试表明LiCoO2晶须有序阵列电极具有很好的电化学可逆性和较高的容量。

Abstract: LiCoO2 whisker array were prepared by using porous anodic aluminium oxide (PAA) template in sol solution containing Li(OAc) and Co(OAc)2 for different
dipping time. Electron microscope results show that with the dipping time increasing, the lengths of the LiCoO2 whisker increase, the distribution becomes more uniform and the crystal lattice disfigurement
decreases. X-ray diffraction investigation demonstrates that LiCoO2 whisker is a layered structure of LiCoO2 crystal. Electrochemical tests show that LiCoO2 whisker array electrodes have
good electrochemical reversibility and higher capacitance.
