嵌套球形层状封闭结构纳米二硫化钨的合成与机理探讨

摘要: 采用简单的沉淀法制备了WS3前驱物,在高温下WS3前驱物与氢气反应在聚乙二醇做分散剂作用得到了具有嵌套球形层状封闭结构WS2纳米颗粒.通过高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线能量散射谱(EDS)等方法对其形貌、结构和成分进行了表征,对其形成机理进行了探讨.

Abstract: WS3 precursors were fabricated by a simple precipitation method. The nano-WS2 particles with nesting spherical layered closed-cage structure were obtaincd by WS3 precursors heated at high temperature in hydrogen atmosphere. The samples were identified and characterized by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), and the mechanism of formation was researched.
