Phase-separation and Nucleation in K2O-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 Glass

摘要: 利用HREM和其它分析手段研究了含氟或含锆K2O-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系统玻璃液滴状分相对成核的影响.实验中观察到成核首先从液滴相内部开始,根据晶核的电子衍射图样和晶格条纹数据结合晶面间距计算,分析了分相对成核的影响以及引起整体析晶的主要因素和析晶次序等.

Abstract: The effect of droplet-like phase-separation on nucleation was studied by HREM and other analysis methods for K2O-MgO-Al2O3-O2 glass system containing fluorine or zirconium.It was observed that the nucleation began in the droplet phase firstly.The effect of phase-separation on nucleation,bulk nucleated crystallization and sequence of crystallization was analysed by means of Selected area electron diffraction,lattice fringes analysis and calculating distance between two crystal planes.
