Nd:Y3Sc1.5Al3.5O12透明陶瓷的光谱性能以及激光输出

Optical Property and Laser Output of Nd:Y3Sc1.5Al3.5O12 Transparent Ceramics

摘要: 采用燃烧法制备了Nd:YSAG粉体, 经过成型、素烧, 最终在氢气气氛中烧结制备了Nd:YSAG透明陶瓷. 测试结果表明, Nd:YSAG透明陶瓷具有荧光谱线较宽, 荧光寿命较长的特点. 激光实验得到的激光输出, 斜率效率为23.6%, 输出功率为0.36W, 输出激光的谱线分布较宽.

Abstract: Nd:YSAG powders was prepared by using combustion method. After molding, calcining the Nd:YSAG green compact at 1750-1850℃ in H2 atmosphere for 4-10h, the transparent Nd:YSAG ceramics were obtained. The optical properties of Nd:YSAG transparent ceramics were measured. The emission band of transparent Nd:YSAG ceramics is broadened and the fluorescence lifetime is prolonged as compared to Nd:YAG ceramics. Using LD as pumping source, and transparent Nd:YSAG ceramics as laser gain media, laser output is achieved. The maximum laser power is 0.36W and the slope efficient is 23.6%, the spectrum band of output laser is relatively broad.
