摘要: 采用硬脂酸法制备了不同掺杂量的TiO纳米晶.通过FTIR、XRD和TEM等实验手段对所得纳米TiO2进行分析和表征,并对反应历程进行了初步探讨.实验结果表明,利用硬脂酸法,金红石型TiO能在500℃获得,掺杂Na和K后则得到锐钛矿型TiO,且随着掺杂量的增加,TiO的粒径减小.

Abstract: Nanocrystalline TiO2 powders doped with Na+ and K+ were prepared by stearic acid sol-gel method. The resulting nanocrystallines were characterized by FTIR, XRD and TEM. The reaction mechanism was also studied. The experimental results showed that rutile TiO2 can be obtained at 500℃ by using stearic acid sol-gel method, while anatase TiO2 were obtained from doping with Na+ and K+. As a result of doping, the crystalline size decreased with increasing the amount of dopants.
