摘要: 通过对无机抗菌材料的载体、抗菌金属离子及制备工艺的研究,获得了抗菌率高且又安全的系列无机抗菌材料,其中有能耐1350℃高温的无机抗菌材料.试验表明,该无机抗菌材料对大肠杆菌、黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度MIC值均为75ppm,对大、小白鼠的急性经口毒性的 LD50>10000mg/kg,亚急性毒性试验的无异常、无作用的量为 100mg/kg·d.

Abstract: A series of inorganic antibacterial materials with strong antibacterial function and high safety , including the materials which can resist high temperature (1350℃ ), were obtained by studying their carriers, antibacterial metallic ions and preparing techniques. The experiment results show that the minimum bacteriostatic consistency is MIC ≤ 75 ppm (Escherichia coli and staphylococcus), the acute toxicity taken orally is LD>10000mg/kg (little and big white rats), the normal quantity in subacute toxicity test is 100mg/kg·d.
