摘要: 光散射是衡量磷酸二氢钾(KDP)晶体质量优劣的一个重要参数,但是由于散射点的尺寸小,因而其组成成分和成因的研究、分析十分困难.本文首次利用透射电镜(TEM)研究了KDP晶体中液相散射颗粒的尺寸、组成成分,提出了散射形成机理,并进行了验证.

Abstract: Light scatter in KDP crystal is a very important parameter to evaluate the properties of KDP crystal. As the scatter partical size is very small, it makes the studies on its component and the formation process very difficult. TEM was used to study on the actual size of the scatter particles in KDP crystal, and the component was also analyzed. The formation mechanism of light scatter was proposed and discussed.
