摘要: 研究了α-Sialon柱状晶制备过程.结果表明,α-Sialon柱状晶可以通过无压烧结和酸洗的方法制备得到.α-Sialon柱状晶形貌与添加剂种类有关,选用轻稀土氧化物为添加剂制得的α-Sialon柱状晶具有较小的直径和较大的长径比,而选用重稀土氧化物为添加剂的α-Sialon柱状晶的直径较大,长径比较小.文中就添加剂种类对α-Sialon柱状晶形貌的影响进行了讨论.

Abstract: Rod-like α-Sialon crystal particles were obtained by a method of pressure-less sintering and subsequent acid treatments. The reasons for the effect of additives on the morphology of α- Sialon were discussed. The morphology of α-Sialon particles can be controlled with different additives. α-Sialon with light rare earth oxides as additives has α-smaller diameter and a larger aspect ratio than that with heavy rare earth oxides as additives.
