摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法,以硝酸钇、铝片和水为原料,在酸的催化作用下经过一系列复杂的水解、缩聚反应制备出一种钇氧铝溶胶,向该溶胶中加入适当的水溶性高分子聚合物,经浓缩、纺丝及900℃高温后处理可得到直径均匀的新型多晶钇-铝石榴石纤维.

Abstract: sol-gel process was used to synthesize YAG precursor sols by using Y(NO3)3·6H2O, Al pellets, water and acetic acid as raw materials. After a series of hydrolysis-condensation reaction, stable and transparent precursor sols were produced. An amount of water-soluble polymers of PEO were then added to the sols and polycrystalline yttrium aluminum garnet fibers were prepared after condensation, dry spinning and heat-treatment at 900℃.
