摘要: 给出快效应和慢效应的等效电路,并对TGS单晶的脉冲极化反转实验结果进行了定量计算和定性分析.计算结果与实验结果符合得很好.该等效电路方法也可用于分析铁电发射的基本物理过程.

Abstract: An equivalent circuit of ferroelectrics in response with fast and slow polarization effect was given, and can be used to analyze the polarization switch signal of TGS crystal. The theoretical results are well consistent with the experimental results. This method also can be used to study the basic physics process of electron emission from ferroelectrics.
