摘要: ZrO与Si之间存在化学反应生成ZrN或氧氮化锆,ZrO也可能被氮稳定形成氨稳定的ZrO本文对ZrO-Si陶瓷复合材料中的化学不相容性及抑制措施进行了综述.

Abstract: The chemical reaction between ZrO2 and Si3N4 can lead to the formation of ZrN, Zr oxynitride,and/or N-stabilized ZrO2. In this paper, Chemical incompatibility of the ZrO2-Si3N4 ceramiccomposites and its elimination methods were reviewed.
